Joel White brings over 17 years of proven expertise helping companies rapidly increase the profitability and effectiveness of their business, sales support, and financial operations. ​Most recently, Joel led the project finance, proposals, and contracting functions at a small/midsize CRO which was successfully acquired in December 2020 following a rapid turnaround in its financial performance.

He Led Chiltern’s global proposals team responsible for responding to customer Requests for Proposals as a Senior Director, Budgets and Proposals for over 2 years. He has also been the Director, Contracts Management, Americas Key Accounts at Parexel and PRA Internationl which has now become the ICON. Lastly, he was a Vice President Finance at Synteract, from where onwards he has now started his own company for providing financial strategic consultancy to companies.
