Mr. Badri Nath Baral has 14+ years of experience in various sectors in Nepal, providing leadership, technical advisory and management services for commercial projects. He has worked closely with the Government of Nepal. He has the Technical Partner in Nepal of Ernst & Young India, through Green Invest Ltd., for business development with the donors, government and private sector.

He takes keen interest in working with global companies looking to establish themselves in Nepal.

Mr. Shirish also provides technical guidance for development of analytical methods and for instrument trouble shooting as and when required.

He is engaged in designing systems for achieving compliance to the global cGMP and cGLP standards and requirements that arise from various internal and external audits. He reviews lab procedures / documentations, OOS investigation protocols, reports, method validation protocols and reports. He is engaged in identifying training needs and providing training to QC Laboratory as well as QA to implement the systems and procedure. He reviews IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, assists in designing the protocols and QA records, such as the logbooks for issuance of change controls, incidents, deviations, OOS, etc. to control the related activities.
